Wen Yang Ho
Wen Yang Ho is from Singapore and possesses a Bachelor in Computer Engineering (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and a Masters in Music (Piano for Dance) from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with the support of National Arts Council (Singapore) Postgraduate Arts Scholarship.
He was the Principal Accompanist at the School of the Arts, Singapore from 2007 to 2015, and has accompanied for several companies and institutions in different countries, including Singapore Dance Theatre, Scottish Ballet and National Ballet of Canada. Besides accompaniment, Wen Yang has often combined technology and music to create scores, and collaborated in various works performed by major dance companies and schools in Singapore.
He is currently based in Toronto, working with the Canada’s National Ballet School, and is honoured to be part of the Genée International Ballet Competition for the fourth time, first in Singapore 2009, then in London 2010 and Glasgow 2013.
