Workshops, summer schools & competitions

A programme of extra activities for children, young people and adults take place around the UK and internationally.

Whether you are being introduced to the RAD for the first time, or want to try something outside your weekly classes, we provide fun opportunities to explore different dance styles and showcase your performance skills and creativity to your friends and family.

Syllabus based classes and courses are designed for students already learning the RAD syllabus and working towards an RAD Graded or Vocational Graded Examination.

Summer Schools and workshops update

Please note due to the COVID-19 outbreak all workshops are postponed until the end of July 2020. Participants who have booked a place at any of the affected classes and courses will be notified by email regarding the cancellation, and be the first to hear about the rescheduled dates.

This means that we have had to cancel the planned London Summer School, Adult Summer Course, and the Children’s Summer Classes for 2020.

The Giselle Adult Repertoire Workshop (Saturday 18 July 2020) has also been postponed.

We will update our events page if and when we have a new date but please get in touch by email (courses@rad.org.uk) if you have any queries.
