RAD Dance Challenge
A multi-level, national competition where candidates will be judged on the performance of a solo, choreographed by themselves, their teacher or peer. This competition gives candidates the opportunity to be part of a creative process and to perform in front of an audience.
RAD Dance Challenge – Graded
7 June 2020
Level 1: Candidates studying RAD Grade 3 or 4 who have passed RAD Grade 2 and 3 or have taken their Grade 2 or 3 exam in the spring session 2019. Must be 14 years or under at the 1st of January 2020.
Level 2: Candidates studying RAD Grade 5-8 (must not be studying or have taken RAD Intermediate Foundation or Intermediate) Must be 16 years or under at the 1st of January 2020.
RAD Dance Challenge – Vocational Graded

Level 1: Candidates studying RAD Intermediate Foundation or Intermediate. Must be 16 years or under by 1st of January 2020.
Level 2: Candidates studying RAD Advanced Foundation or Advanced 1 (must not have taken Advanced 2). Must be 17 years or under by 1st of January 2020.
RAD Dance Challenge – Boys Only!

For male-identifying students, aged 8 – 18 years, with an interest and enthusiasm in dance, currently studying RAD Grade 2 (or the equivalent in other dance styles) or above.
The Kevin O’Hare Scholarship will be presented to the overall winner. This is a monetary prize of £700.00 for the recipient to put towards further dance training. One further student will receive the Project B Tuition Award providing a weeks free tuition at a London Summer School in 2020 or 2021.
