This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.
As a professional dancer and teacher, Karen Cadogan’s passion for movement, expression and wellness, found a natural expansion into the practise of yoga. She attended her first class over 14 years ago and since then it has been a relaxing and rejuvenating part of her weekly routine. Having experienced the sense of peace and harmony that yoga has on the mind, body & spirit, she completed her 200hr yoga teacher training in Vinyasa Flow at Treehouse Studio, London and Ashiyana, India.
Karen takes great pleasure in sharing the tranquility that yoga brings with students and adults in her classes.
