Simon joined RAD in December 2025, leading our People, Finance, Technology, Facilities and Projects teams.

Before joining RAD, Simon has held several senior leadership roles in the Charity, FMCG and Retail sectors, each with a strong customer and delivery focus. From the foundation of his degree in Management and Computer Science, he is a CIMA qualified accountant with experience in delivering strategic change with a global perspective.
