Adult Ballet and Pilates Summer Course 2022 (London)
Join us for this intensive course over five evenings, offering ballet technique classes and pilates and allowing you to design your own programme of classes.
- Attend ballet classes tailored to your level of experience, featuring live piano accompaniment.
- Combine with Pilates, or book as a stand alone class.
Work with experienced tutors to build core strength, improve your posture, flexibility and balance, and maintain your overall well-being.

Who can attend?
Suitable for ages 18+. We offer three levels across the ballet classes for you to choose from according to your experience, and general level classes in Pilates.

Levels
Improvers: Suitable for those who have a some knowledge of ballet technique and would like to improve their skills, or dancers returning to ballet after a long break. Each class will be designed to improve body alignment, coordination and execution of the required technique, building your knowledge and understanding as the week progresses.
Intermediate: Suitable for those who have been attending ballet classes for at least a couple of years. This class is designed for students currently between RAD Intermediate Foundation – RAD Advanced Foundation level or equivalent.
Advanced: Suitable for those who regularly attend high level classes and have developed a strong technique. This class is designed for students currently studying RAD Advanced 1 – RAD Advanced 2 or equivalent. Enabling dancers to maintain and further their technique, musicality and artistry.
Times
Improvers Ballet: 6.15pm – 7.30pm or 7.45pm – 9.00pm
Intermediate Ballet: 7.45pm – 9.00pm (SOLD OUT – Join the waiting list)
Advanced Ballet: 6.00pm – 7.30pm
Pilates: 6.30pm – 7.30pm or 7.45pm – 8.45pm

Adult Repertoire Workshop

Booking process
- Places are limited in each class and secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Payment is required at the time of booking.
- An automatic email will be sent via the booking platform Eventbrite to confirm your registration and payment were successful.
- Please quote the Eventbrite order no/ticket reference when contacting the RAD with any queries related to your booking.
- Please ensure you have read the Terms and Conditions, which includes the RAD’s cancellation policy.
- When a class is fully-booked, a waiting list will be activated. The Learning and Participation Team will contact you via email should a suitable place become available.
- After the closing date, you will receive an additional confirmation by email, detailing registration and collection times for your child, suggested dress, and all other relevant information for the course and venue.
