An electrifying day of Hip Hop Workshops and Battles!
On Saturday 5 February at Jacksons Lane Arts Centre young people came together from across London and Essex to put their skills to the test in an authentic battle, judged by a panel of experts. Students learnt new skills in workshops led by professionals in the field before an incredible afternoon of battles!

Our host for the day Yami Lofvenberg (@rowdyyami) was joined by judges Olu Alatise (@misslulucreates), Hakim Saber (@hakimsaber) and BGirl Zana (@rox_roxane_zana)!
AJ Jackson led Breaking workshops and our very own judge Hakim took the lead with the House workshops. After a busy lunch break which included an incredible round of seven to smoke, the afternoon battles provided the perfect space for students to test their new found skills!
