Finding your Balance: nurturing self and others (Online)
Finding your Balance: nurturing self and others takes place online on 22 and 23 July. The programme includes a range of professional development activities focusing on refining your leadership skills, and developing your knowledge of nurturing wellbeing in yourself, and in children and young people.
This programme will be delivered virtually on Zoom.
Topics include:
- Pilates principles for mind and body
- Emotion coaching
- Leadership skills
- Coaching dance and the dancer
- Somatic Experiencing® and awareness-based movement from the Feldenkrais Method®

Fees
You can book activities in Sterling, Euro or US Dollars. Members of the Royal Academy of Dance receive a discount on all CPD activities.
RAD Member fee per session: £48 / €53 / $58
