Summer Pilates Course 2020
Build core strength and improve your posture through stretching, muscle toning and conditioning. Pilates is popular with dancers as it stabilises and strengthens core stability, and corrects body alignment.
Each hour-long session includes precision breathing, release stretching, and a group of Pilates movements ending with relaxation.
Who can attend?
Students aged 11 years and above.

Morning session: 9.45-10.45am
Afternoon session: 2.00-3.00pm
Please note: the RAD is currently working to put in place all required social distancing and health & safety measures set out by the government guidelines for dance studios to re-open safely and ensure this activity is COVID secure for all students, tutors and staff. Therefore please note, there may be slight alternations to start and finish times advertised and we will ensure to update participants as soon as possible of any change required.
Please ensure you check the ticket details carefully. If the ticket you wish to book appears sold out, please apply online for the Waiting List Ticket, specifying which time slot you wish to attend. The Student Activities Team will contact you should a suitable place become available.
