Summer Pilates Course 2021
Build core strength and improve your posture through stretching, muscle toning and conditioning. Pilates is popular with dancers as it stabilises and strengthens core stability, and corrects body alignment.
Each hour-long session includes precision breathing, release stretching, and a group of Pilates movements ending with relaxation.
Who can attend?
Students aged 11 years and above.
Week 1: 2 August – 6 August
Week 2: 9 August – 13 August

Please note: to ensure health & safety measures set out by the government guidelines for dance activities to run safely there may be slight alternations to start and finish times advertised and we will update participants as soon as possible of any change required.

Please note: in the event of injury or medical emergency during the activity a qualified First Aider from Royal Academy of Dance will provide necessary treatment and assistance to the participant.
