    Project B Dance Challenge (London)

    A multi-level competition giving candidates the opportunity to be part of a creative process and to perform in front of an audience. Candidates will be judged on the performance of a solo, choreographed by themselves, their teacher or peer in their chosen dance style.

    Royal Academy of Dance, 36 Battersea Square, London SW11 3RA

    Who can enter

    Male students aged 8–18 years, with an interest and enthusiasm in dance, currently studying RAD Grade 2 (or the equivalent in other dance styles) or above.

    Entry fee

    £30 per student

    Performance

    Teachers, family and friends are welcome to attend the performance in the afternoon. Tickets are available to purchase at a cost of £6 per ticket including VAT.

    Prizes

    First Prize – Kevin O’Hare Scholarship  - one week of tuition and accommodation at the Royal Academy of Dance Dartington Summer School in 2018 or 2019.

    Second Prize – Project B Tuition Award - one week of tuition at the Royal Academy of Dance London Summer School in 2018 or 2019.

    You will receive an Eventbrite confirmation that your application has been received; please note this is not confirmation of a place at this year's competition. Candidates will be notified after the closing date as to whether or not they have secured a place.
