Mat-based Pilates Course 2018 (London)
Build core strength and improve your posture through stretching, muscle toning and conditioning.
Pilates is popular with dancers as it stabilises and strengthens core stability, and corrects body alignment.
Each hour-long session includes precision breathing, release stretching, and a group of Pilates movements ending with relaxation.
If you take this course along with our Summer Intensive Examination Syllabus Course, we recommend scheduling Pilates before each class to receive the greatest benefit.

Students aged 11 years and above

Morning session: 9:45-10:45am
Afternoon session: 2-3pm

Sibling discounts – two siblings: 10% off total cost of tuition fee, and three or more siblings: 20% off total cost of tuition fees.
Group discounts – a 10% discount will be applied to the total cost of tuition fees for groups of 10 or more students within the same price band.
Multiple booking discounts – a 10% discount will be applied to the total cost of tuition fees for any single participant booking two or more summer events at the same time.
Discounts will be checked, calculated and verified following your booking submission and the amount refunded directly.
