RAD Dance Challenge - Vocational Graded (London)
This multi-level national competition gives candidates an opportunity to be part of a creative process and perform in front of an audience. Candidates will be judged on a solo choreographed by themselves, their teacher or peer.
WHO CAN ENTER?
Candidates must be resident in the UK and the Republic of Ireland studying with an RAD Registered Teacher.
Candidates studying RAD Intermediate Foundation or Intermediate. Must be 16 years or under by 1 January 2019.
Candidates studying RAD Advanced Foundation or Advanced 1 (must not have taken Advanced 2). Must be 17 years or under by 1 January 2019.

£32 per student
Inaugurated in 2016, the Antoinette Sibley Scholarship will be presented to the overall winner of each level. The prize will be £750.00 per level. This has been made possible by funds provided by the Dame Antoinette Sibley Scholarship fund, established in 2012 to mark the retirement of the Academy’s third president.
A Choreographic Award of £250 will be given to one winner across both levels. This has been made possible by funding generously provided by the Lynn Wallis Bursary Fund, established in honour of the Academy’s former Artistic Director.
Teachers, family and friends are welcome to attend the performance in the afternoon. Tickets are available to purchase here for £6 per ticket, including VAT.
