Romeo and Juliet Adult Repertoire Workshop (London)

This February we’re focusing on the passionate story of Romeo and Juliet.

Join a classical ballet workshop, designed for the over 18s, at the RAD’s global headquarters.

Ideal for adults with previous ballet experience, each 2.5 hour workshop will include a warm-up technique class, and exploration of Kenneth MacMillan’s choreography. Please refer to the level descriptions below.

Encouraging the development of artistry and characterisation, our workshops are designed to further inspire your love of dance and encourage your creativity in a supportive environment.

Workshops will be led by one of the RAD’s highly experienced dance artists, Damien Lee Stirk, and will feature live piano accompaniment. Damien continues to perform as an actor with The Royal Ballet in many of the company’s major repertoire.

For weekly classes that focus on solo choreography from the classic ballets, please refer to the RAD syllabus Discovering Repertoire.
