Make sure you have the correct login details. Your user name is your membership number and the password can be found on the welcome letter that accompanies your membership card. If you are unable to locate that, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Make sure your web browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Chrome) is up-to-date. Have a look at these helpful steps for doing so.
Make sure Java is up-to-date. Download the latest version of Java.
