Order Picker & Packer
Permanent | Part-time | 28 hours/week
4 days a week: 10.00h – 18.00h
Occasional evenings and weekends as per the needs of the business
FTE annual salary £19,000 (£15,420 pro rata)
We are looking for a talented Picker and Packer to join the Enterprises team at the Royal Academy of Dance Headquarters!
The Royal Academy of Dance is a global leader in dance education and teaching, driving excellence in the development of dance world-wide. Located just a short walk from Clapham Junction, with its newly opened state of the art headquarters, our work takes us locally and around the world to widen access to dance and to share the benefits and well-being that it brings. RAD Enterprises Ltd is a multi-faceted retail company with a dynamic dancewear shop in Battersea, London, and an established online business.
You will be responsible for processing supplier orders, and picking/packing customer orders received globally, whilst supporting web and sales staff where required to ensure customer service levels are consistently high.
As a Order Picker & Packer you will have:
- Order processing experience, ideally gained in a retail or warehouse environment;
- Proven experience of undertaking high volume picking and packing;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills;
- High level organisation and prioritisation skills, and the ability to work to deadlines;
- A strong customer focus and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
This role will require lifting and moving boxes. Full training will be provided.
Some flexibility with regard to working hours is required as the role includes the need to work occasional evenings and weekends as per the needs of the business.
