As a professional dancer and teacher, Karen’s passion for movement, expression and wellness, found a natural expansion into the practice of yoga. She attended her first class over 10 years ago, since then it has been a relaxing and rejuvenating part of her weekly routine. Having experienced the sense of peace and the positive effects that yoga has on the mind, body & spirit, she completed her 200hr yoga teacher training in Vinyasa Flow, Ashiyana, Goa.

Karen takes great pleasure in sharing the tranquility that yoga brings with everyone in her classes.
