Ensuring Ethical Research
We are committed to ensuring that any research undertaken by our students and staff is ethically sound. Following the Ethical Guidelines for Educational Research offered by the British Educational Research Association (BERA), the Faculty of Education’s Research Ethics Committee plays a significant role in ensuring that all research projects undertaken as part of our undergraduate, postgraduate or outreach programmes embrace the values and principles outlined by BERA.
