RAD Centenary Dance Teacher Awards
The Royal Academy of Dance is delighted to announce its Centenary Dance Teacher Awards. During our centenary year we will celebrate and honour the excellence of RAD Registered Teachers from around the world by acknowledging their achievements, and showcasing their contribution and commitment to the wider field of dance teaching.
With four nomination categories, the Royal Academy of Dance invites nominations of RAD Registered Teachers who are worthy of recognition. This is your opportunity to tell us about a deserving RAD Registered Teacher and their outstanding work.
A shortlist of nominees within each category will be selected before the overall winners are chosen by a panel of judges in combination with a public vote. Winners will be invited to the Faculty of Education’s Cocktail Party at the University of Roehampton, London on 4 September 2020 where they will receive their award and a pair of tickets to the Margot Fonteyn International Ballet Competition at the Royal Opera House.
- Early Career Dance Teacher Award: This award is for an RAD Registered Teacher who has graduated from a Faculty of Education programme within the last 5 years.
