Simon White

Director of Group Services

Simon joined RAD in December 2025, leading our People, Finance, Technology, Facilities and Projects teams. In September 2026, responsibility for the Membership team was added to his portfolio.

Before joining RAD, Simon held several senior leadership roles across the Membership, FMCG and Retail sectors, with a strong focus on customer experience and operational delivery. Building on a degree in Management and Computer Science, he is a CIMA-qualified accountant with extensive experience leading strategic change programmes and delivering transformation within complex, international organisations.
