A one-day practical course in which participants will gain a greater understanding of the content of the Advanced Foundation (Female) syllabus.
Aims:
The aims of this course are to provide knowledge of the set exercises and variations of the RAD Advanced Foundation (Female) syllabus, and provide an understanding of learning and teaching progressions.
Learning Outcomes:
On completion of the course, you will:
- have an understanding of the aims of the syllabus,
- have an understanding of how learning outcomes and assessment criteria are demonstrated,
- have an understanding of the choreographic content of the syllabus,
- have knowledge and understanding of teaching approaches and strategies to develop and progress technique, artistry, musicality and creativity in students working towards the Advanced Foundation (Female) examination, and
- be provided with guidance on preparation and procedures for the Advanced Foundation (Female) examination
