A presentation by Richard Shaw of Toronto Police Services on Human Trafficking. This special RAD member event is open to members only, presented for free and geared toward our Registered Teachers. The presentation will be virtual and it will take place on November 27th at 1PM EST.

This presentation will explore:

• Common misconceptions about human trafficking
• Current statistics
• Warning signs to look for
• How to report concerns

This free session supports your safeguarding and safety planning as a Registered Teacher and counts as independent CPD. A time-valued CPD course will be available through Commit 2 Kids for those interested in further Safeguarding training in order to fulfill your requirement as RTS.
