Betsy Sawers Awards 2026

The Royal Academy of Dance is pleased to present the Betsy Sawers Awards 2026.

The Betsy Sawers Awards celebrate the outstanding contribution of RAD Life Member Betsy Sawers while providing exciting performance opportunities for dance students across the ACT and Riverina regions.

Any students who are permanent residents of the ACT or Riverina region and who have entered an RAD examination in 2026 are eligible to enter, provided they meet the additional Conditions of Entry outlined in the information flyer. Entries must be submitted by the student’s current RAD Registered Teacher. Awards are available for students from Grade 2 through to Advanced 2 levels.

Before submitting an entry, all candidates, parents, and teachers are encouraged to read the event flyer carefully, including the full Conditions of Entry. By submitting an entry, you will be required to confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these conditions.
