The Prelude Masterclass is a great opportunity for students to prepare for the Jacqueline Morland Awards – Queensland’s flagship RAD event held annually in Brisbane, and open to RAD students across QLD and northern NSW.

In 2025 the Awards are celebrating their 30th anniversary, allowing students to showcase their ballet skills, and perform on a professional stage in front of a live audience and panel of highly respected adjudicators.

The Prelude Masterclass is taught by renowned industry professional Nicole Galea, who is also the open-class guest teacher at the semi-finals of the Jacqueline Morland Awards itself.

• Grade 4 and 5 Masterclass – 12.45pm to 2pm (1.25hrs)
• Intermediate Foundation Masterclass – 9am to 10.30am (1.5hrs)
