New RAD-approved uniforms from Freed of London

DT2 4002 Edit

Freed of London has launched an environmentally-friendly new RAD uniform range for all exam grades from Pre-primary to Vocational.

All designs have been carefully considered, with importance placed on maintaining classical style but mixing this with a more modern aesthetic. The range offers three colour pathways (lilacs, pinks and blues), including a mix of softer muted pastel tones with an appealing choice of colours across the collection, starting with the palest colours for the younger students, through to a deep, richer colour palette for the senior vocational students, making a clear distinction as they progress through the grades.

The base fabric of the new leotards is a sustainable technological fabric made of ECONYL which is a regenerated Nylon. It is infinitely recyclable, can be regenerated continuously and is made from waste materials. This extends to the packaging materials which are 100% recyclable and sourced from UK suppliers to reduce the carbon footprint. The printing on the tags also uses vegetable-based inks and is alcohol-free, avoiding the use of solvents.

Alongside its recyclable features, the range is versatile, hyper-resistant, elegant, soft and breathable with a mix of muscular compression and comfort, making it perfect for dancewear.

The new Bi-elastic Mesh fabric is revolutionary, with a brand-new internal structure. It is lightweight and comfortable, working with the body, with no restrictions, allowing the dancer to flow flawlessly. The lining fabric is a nylon-based moisture-wicking fabric, ensuring that the dancer is always comfortable and cool. Its soft texture feels pleasant against the skin, while still allowing the skin to breathe.
