Brisbane Winter Syllabus Intensive

During school holidays, the Royal Academy of Dance invites you to participate in a series of intensive examination classes to prepare students for RAD exams. Classes are taken by Royal Academy of Dance examiners and/or tutors and focus on coaching the syllabus.

Classes are available for grade levels 1-5 and Vocational levels from Intermediate Foundation to Advanced 2.

These classes focus on coaching the syllabus and improving the dancers’ skills, technique, musicality and artistry. They are a great way to keep up fitness during the school holidays, prepare before RAD exams, meet new people, and enjoy a special school holiday experience.

• Cost from $55 up to $270. Refunds are not possible for change-of-mind.

Teacher Viewing

The last class in each level is open for RAD teachers to attend and view – bookings required in advance. This is a great opportunity for teachers to see what the tutor is focusing on in the class and continue with that focus back in their studio.

Teachers attending are asked to respect the class and remain quiet and not disrupt the students or tutor – questions are not permitted, and teachers cannot enter once the class has commenced or leave during the class. Spaces are limited.
