Take centre stage with RAD Musical Theatre

Musical theatre classes are a fun, supportive way for children and young people to grow in confidence, develop new skills, and discover a love for performing. Through singing, acting and dance, students are encouraged to express themselves, make new friends, and develop their creativity in a positive and nurturing environment.

Designed for children and young people of all ages and experience levels, from primary school through to vocational training, the RAD Musical Theatre syllabus offers so much more than performance training. Guided by expert teachers, students can build resilience, teamwork and communication skills that will help them thrive at school, in future careers, and both on and off the stage.

From studio to stage, through key years of development

Taught by professionally trained RAD teachers, our classes prepare youngsters from primary school age to take their first steps into the spotlight.

With a range of solo and group exam options designed to mark and celebrate progress, our Musical Theatre syllabus helps students build confidence and thrive.

Training the next generation of multi-skilled performers

Through singing, acting, and dance, students learn to express themselves creatively, collaborate effectively with others, and build the resilience that comes from performing in front of an audience.

These are skills for life, helping older children stand out not only on stage but also in whatever path or career they choose to pursue.
