Watch The Bedells Bursary

Don’t miss the opportunity to watch some of the most promising RAD young ballet dancers take to the stage for The Bedells Bursary 2026.

The Bedells Bursary takes place in front of a live audience and a panel of judges. Candidates perform an on-stage class consisting of free class work at RAD Advanced 1 level, followed by a performance of a classical repertoire variation selected from the prescribed list of solos, and their Dancer’s Own choreography – a solo choregraphed by themselves, a peer or teacher.

Come and see young dancers demonstrate their artistry, technique and showcase their potential.

An overall Bursary winner will be selected, with separate awards presented for musicality and choreography.
