During its general assembly held in Leipzig on 16 October 2025, the Dachverband Tanz Deutschland elected its new board. Dhélé Tchekpo Agbetou, Sabine Gehm, Helge Letonja and Rajyashree Ramesh were re-elected. At the same time, Astrid Neuhaus (Royal Academy of Dance), Thomas Thorausch (Tanzarchiv Köln) and Paul Hess (GDBA) were newly appointed to the board.

Astrid Neuhaus, who has served as National Manager since 2020 and as Managing Director of RAD gGmbH since 2021, is particularly committed to advocating for ballet educators at private schools for artistic dance. She actively contributes to the ongoing development of the dance education landscape in Germany.

“I aim to foster stronger connections between institutions and promote sustainable support for dance as both an educational and artistic discipline. My goal is to enhance the recognition of dance in all its diversity.”
