Reporting Harassment and Sexual Misconduct

Reporting Harassment and Sexual Misconduct

This online tool is provided for you to report incidents in relation to harassment and/or sexual misconduct. The form can be completed anonymously if that is what you would prefer.

We know that sharing an experience of behaviour that you have experienced or witnessed can be distressing. We would encourage you to seek the support we have available, either as a member of staff or student.

It is important to be aware that by completing the report form anonymously, the RAD may be unable to investigate the report, however we will analyse the information shared in order to build a picture of incidents of harassment and/or sexual misconduct and this information will help shape our future policies, training and activities.

The exception to this is if there is a safeguarding concern and the person reporting has provided sufficient information for the necessary protective action to be taken.

We would encourage anyone completing the form anonymously to refrain from providing personal details of themselves or others.

If you wish to name an individual, we would encourage you to speak either to a member of the Faculty of Education staff, with whom you feel comfortable, or to People Department, as relevant. Before submitting the form there is an option for you to leave your contact email. A member of the Faculty of Education/People Department will then be able to contact you by email, to offer in person support, and guidance.

None of the following questions are compulsory; please share only the information you feel comfortable providing.

When you submit this form, it will not automatically collect your details like name and email address unless you choose to provide it yourself.
