Visiting the Library & Archive
Visiting the Library and Archive is free of charge for Royal Academy of Dance Members, RAD Staff, RAD Faculty of Education students, RAD Dance Studies students and Benesh Members.
Please contact us to make an appointment before visiting. We may not be able to accommodate requests with less than 48 hours notice.Non-RAD members/ non-Benesh Subscribers will need to purchase a Readers Ticket. Several options are available (see below).

Borrowing from the Library
A Borrower Membership is available exclusively to Royal Academy of Dance Members, and Benesh Members.
Borrowing Rights allow the loan of up to 3 items at a time from circulating stock (certain restrictions apply).
To become a Royal Academy of Dance Member, follow the link below. Confirmation of membership will be received within 48 hours Monday–Friday.
For a Library Borrower Membership Application Form, please contact us. You will need your Royal Academy of Dance or Benesh Membership number when applying.
