Congratulations on being nominated by your School Teacher, Youth Worker or Step into Dance Practitioner to become a Step into Dance Leader! We have up to 15 spaces available on our Leadership Programme for 2025-2026. We are looking for committed individuals with a passion for Dance to become Step into Dance Leaders at their School/College or Youth Group. If you are selected to join the Leadership Programme, you will be invited to the RAD Headquarters for a training sessions throughout the academic year and events taking place in various locations across London.
