This live 1-hour webinar will focus on the fundamentals of strength and conditioning exercises for the hips, ankles, feet and shoulders.

Aims:

  • To explore practical exercises for strengthening and conditioning the hips, ankles, feet and shoulders
  • To demonstrate and discuss which exercises are specific to certain areas of technique such as turnout, upper back mobility and strength for posture and line

Learning Outcomes

On completion of the session, you will have an increased understanding of:

  • anatomy relating to each of the focus areas, and
  • practical exercises that support the strengthening and conditioning of each of the focus areas.
