Join us for a thought-provoking online session with Gordon MacLelland, CEO and founder of Working With Parents in Sport (WWPIS), as we explore what it takes to become a Super Communicator — someone who handles challenging conversations with clarity, confidence, and impact.

In this session, Gordon draws on his extensive experience in coaching, education, and high-performance environments to help you:

  • Develop the core skills of Super Communicators
  • Build an effective communication strategy
  • Plan for and manage difficult conversations
  • Maintain the integrity of the coaching and support chain
  • Recognise and manage “The Chimp” — the emotional brain in action
  • Understand the influence of informal conversations
  • Review and reflect with purpose

Whether you’re a teacher, coach, parent, leader or part of a support network, this session will offer powerful tools and insights to strengthen communication in high-pressure environments.
