This online Mental Health Awareness course gives an introduction to the key concepts of mental health and mental ill-health, including key definitions associated with mental health and mental ill-health, facts and statistics around the prevalence of mental ill-health within the general population, risk factors and protective factors in relation to mental health and common signs of mental ill-health.

The aims of this course are to:
