Employees join the Bupa health cash plan scheme after six months service. - Holidays
Employees receive 25 days paid holiday per year (pro rata if working part-time), plus public holidays. The holiday calendar runs from 1 January – 31 December. The RAD also offers an extra birthday day off to all permanent and fixed-term employees! - Flexible working scheme
With the consent of their line manager, employees may start work at any time between 08.00 – 10.00 (Monday – Friday) and finish any time between 16.00 – 18.00 (Monday – Thursday) and 16.00 – 17.30 (Friday). - Group pension
