In case the Lead Contact is unable to attend with the group on the day due to unforeseen circumstances, please provide the name and contact details of the person who will attend with the group in their absence.
Please provide full names of any other school teachers/chaperones also attending the event with your group.
Please provide the Year Groups of the students you are bringing to the event. For example, Years 9-10.
