How we give feedback can have a powerful impact on learners’ confidence, motivation and progress. But what makes feedback genuinely helpful, and how can we ensure learners remain engaged with it?
In this webinar, Janine Streuli (RAD’s Dean) and Lee Davall (RAD’s Head of Learning and Teaching) will explore what feedback is and how thoughtful language and supportive approaches can help learners get the most from it. The session will consider strategies for delivering feedback effectively, while keeping learners actively engaged in the process and supporting them to close the feedback loop – using feedback to reflect, respond and make meaningful progress.
A useful session for teachers and educators looking to make feedback more meaningful, supportive and impactful for their learners.
