Dietary choices are often shaped by psychology, habits, and daily demands—influences that can be difficult to change. But with knowledgeable support and a fresh perspective, food freedom is possible.
Join Registered Nutritionist Helen Ruckledge (MA, MMedSci, RNutr), Founder of FadFree Nutrition, for an informative session, where she’ll share practical ideas for enjoying a balanced diet based on science, and crucially on realism, not idealism.
This session supports dance educators in building a healthier relationship with food—for themselves and the students they teach.
