The best way to find out what it’s like to study at the Royal Academy of Dance is to come to one of our open days and experience it for yourself.

Our open days are fun, interactive and informative. You will have the opportunity to find out everything you need to know about studying your chosen programme, take a tour of our dance studios and study facilities and watch our current students at work. You can also take part in practical dance classes to see what life is like first-hand as an RAD student.

Our Programme Managers, Registry staff and current students will be on hand to chat to and answer all your questions throughout the day.

Open Audition for BA (Hons) Ballet Education

If you are looking to apply to the BA (Hons) Ballet Education for September 2025, you can also apply to attend a pre-application audition as part of your Open Day experience. You will need to have passed your Intermediate ballet or be due to take your intermediate examination.
