A passion for dance from an early age, coupled with the technical training of a degree at the prestigious Trinity Laban Conservatoire; has given Caroline an excellent foundation to become an adaptable, inclusive, freelance dance artist; in professional performance, teaching, and choreographic work.

Over the past decade she has provided over 300 primary and secondary schools with pre and post-school clubs, curricular workshops, and GCSE dance lessons; as well as devising and creating unique schemes of work, resource packs, and INSET and CPD training programmes.
