Imogen is passionately committed to dance teachers everywhere having access to great training, support and inspiration throughout their careers, so they deliver the best experience to their students. She believes the RAD remains the organisation through which this can best be provided worldwide.

After teaching in Singapore and Taiwan, she returned to the UK and served on her Regional RAC for six years. She currently serves on two subcommittees and is chair of the Artistic Subcommittee. As a teacher, she brings real-life experience to the board and has worked hard to contribute to the extensive work of the RAD, and to support the great RAD team.

Imogen is also a founder member of the Safer Dance group, working to ensure dance schools are safe places for children.
