Renu Randhawa

Director of Finance

Renu started her career at PwC, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant before joining Plan International where she was responsible for reviewing development programmes across South and Central America, Asia and Africa. She also held various leadership roles at the Royal College of Nursing, United Response and Barbican Centre.

Renu joined the RAD in 2020 as Head of Finance before becoming Director of Finance in 2022. She enjoys developing and motivating teams and her core strengths include strategy, creative problem-solving, driving continuous improvement and overseeing financial reporting. Her leadership and communication skills have helped strengthen relationships between the London and international RAD offices.

Outside of work Renu swims daily, goes to the gym, and practices Reiki.
