How to cancel or change a class
We need notice in writing if you want to withdraw from a class, so please take note of our published deadlines.
Requesting a change of class
If you would like to change, or attend an additional class, please email danceschool@rad.org.uk, including the following information:
- Your name
- ID Number (if known)
- Class you currently attend
- New class you wish to attend
Alternatively, please complete the change of class request form.
The deadline for change of class and additional class requests for the Spring Term 2024 commencing Monday 08 January 2024 is Monday 11 September 2023. Any requests received after this date will be processed for the following term.
The deadline for change of class and additional class requests for the Summer Term 2024 is Monday 08 January 2024. Any requests received after this date will be processed for the following term.
Withdrawing from classes
To withdraw from a class, please complete the withdrawal request form.
We ask for a term’s notice for withdrawals from classes for existing students. Withdrawals after the deadline may be subject to the full term’s fees (as per our Terms and Conditions). For new students, we ask for half a term’s notice.
Existing students
The withdrawal deadline for the Spring Term 2024 has passed (Monday 11 September 2024)
The withdrawal deadline for the Summer Term 2024 commencing Monday 15 April 2024 is Monday 08 January 2024.
New students
The withdrawal deadline for the Spring Term 2024 has passed (Monday 23 October 2024)
The withdrawal deadline for the Summer Term 2024 commencing Monday 15 April 2024 is Monday 12 February 2024.
