Here you will find important updates and information for students currently enrolled in RAD Dance School. This page is regularly updated with key information, which is also posted in our Dance School newsletter.

The Café is open!

We are very excited to announce the soft opening of the long-anticipated café here at RAD headquarters, ‘Radish’. The café will be open to all RAD students, parents and guardians.
Opening hours:
Monday – Tuesday: 9am-9pm
Wednesday – Friday: 9am-10pm
Saturday: 9am-7pm

For safeguarding reasons, dance school students or guests must access the café from the café Entrance (on York Road). We ask that you please do so by walking around the outside of the building.

We can’t wait to see you there!

The Dance Shop

The Dance Shop at RAD headquarters is a great place to purchase uniform and syllabus resources, and opening hours are detailed below.

Monday – Thursday: 10am – 12noon and 4pm – 6pm
Friday: 10am – 12noon and 4pm – 5.30pm
Saturday:Closed until 14 January 2023

We are no longer allowing access to the shop from the North entrance. For safeguarding reasons, we ask that customers please use the shop or Main entrance external doors on York Road.

We apologise for the inconvenience, but hope you understand that the safety of our students is paramount.

Update on Parking Controls

Wandsworth Council have informed us that a new controlled parking zone will come in to operation on Monday 20 February 2023 in the North West Battersea area. This new sub-zone will operate 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday for the visitor (Pay by phone only) bays.

The Council’s North West Battersea area – Parking Consultation webpage has been updated with the implementation information.

Updated Terms and Conditions

Our new terms and conditions come into place on 1 January 2023. Please ensure you have read these as there are changes that will affect you in the Dance School. These are available to view on our website.

The key update you need to be aware of:

  • If you do not inform us of a withdrawal from your class(es) before the Withdrawal Deadline, you will be subject to the full term’s fees.

Please note the withdrawal deadline for the Spring term 2024 is Monday 11 September. Any withdrawal requests after this date for the Spring Term must pay full fees in line with the updated Ts and Cs.
