Recruitment isn’t only about having a police check. Find out what we mean by safer recruitment and how you can use these strategies to help you employ the right dance teachers.
This will include some interview questions, what to look out for in an application form, and how to check references. This session will be led by RAD’s Safeguarding Manager, Katharine Hikmet.
