Project B Dance Challenge 2019 (London)
A multi-level competition giving candidates the opportunity to be part of a creative process and to perform in front of an audience. Candidates will be judged on the performance of a solo, choreographed by themselves, their teacher or peer in their chosen dance style.

Who can enter

Male identifying students aged 8 – 18 years, with an interest and enthusiasm in dance, currently studying RAD Grade 2 (or the equivalent in other dance styles) or above.

Entry fee

The Project B Dance Challenge 2019 is free to enter.

Subsidised entry to the Project B Dance Challenge is made possible thanks to the generosity of an anonymous Project B donor

Teachers, family and friends are welcome to attend the performance in the afternoon. Tickets will soon be available to purchase at a cost of £6 per ticket including VAT.


First Prize – Kevin O’Hare Scholarship
One week of tuition and accommodation at the RAD’s Dartington Summer School in 2018 or 2019.

Second Prize – Project B Tuition Award
One week of tuition at the RAD’s London Summer School in 2018 or 2019.
