This year's results are in, with RAD students exceeding the national average grades at both levels and maintaining the high standards achieved in previous years.

All of our students achieved a pass, with 46% achieving an A* for A Level and 50% a level 9 for GCSE.

Feedback from former students:

“Doing A Level dance at the RAD, I have not only developed my practical skills, I have learnt how to analyse pieces of choreography while in a friendly, fun atmosphere.”

“Life at the RAD is fantastic and I love doing GCSE here as I get to meet new people and experience learning in a new environment. It’s nice to have a change from the classrooms at school. And the teachers at the RAD are great and really helpful with lots of interaction.”

“I feel like it’s definitely boosted my confidence with my choreography and sharing in front of others as well as improving my contemporary skills as a dancer. It has also massively helped with learning how to create in response to music as well as understanding the other factors that contribute to making a dance effective. I was so pleased with my GCSE result and I felt it had been marked so fairly. I can’t wait to start A level in September!”
